General Promotions & Bonus Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, the following terms and conditions apply to all Casino Bonuses, Sports Bonuses, No Deposit Bonuses, Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins and FreeBets, and any type of special offer or promotion that may be granted by the Company to a customer via the Website, newsletters, SMS’s and On-site Notifications. These General Promotions and Bonus Terms and Conditions are subject to the conditions detailed in the General Terms and Conditions of the Website and are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the General Promotions & Bonus Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, the General Promotions & Bonus Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1.1 All Users’ bonuses are limited individually to one person, home address, telephone number and e-mail address, one bill of payments (such as by credit card number or Skrill account), as well as the computer being used (including the institute, Internet club and other public institutions).

1.2 The Company has the right to refuse a bonus to any player or group of players.

1.3 Bonuses must be wagered exclusively on valid games which belong to the specific game category under which the bonus was initially offered. For example, a Sportsbook bonus must be wagered exclusively on Sports, a Casino bonus exclusively on Casino games, and a Live Casino bonus exclusively on Live Casino games.

1.4 For no-deposit Freespins, Casino Chips and Free Bets awarded to players who have not previously made a deposit, a minimum deposit as well as a wagering of x3 (three times) the deposit amount is required, before the winnings can be withdrawn. 1.5 Real money is always used before bonus money when playing with an active bonus on the Αccount.

-- Placing over 100% of the deposit amount in one bet while a deposit bonus is active;
-- Using multiple accounts to obtain more than the number of bonuses or free bets permitted for each player;
-- Colluding with other players in order to take advantage of promotions or bonuses;
-- Repeatedly using promotions to play, with minimal or no deposits, and/or depositing purely to take advantage of our offers.
-- Using any strategy to wager the bonus funds prior to the real money funds (e.g. placing real money funds in low-odds bets).
-- Cancelling a bonus before the completion of the wagering requirements.
-- Taking advantage of specific game features with low house edges or using a combination of games to meet wagering requirements with minimal loss.

1.8 A player can activate a bonus only if there is not any active bonus available in his account. Once an active bonus is complete, the players can choose which of the bonus(es) in the "Available" section they want to activate next.

1.9 If players have an active bonus in their account and they are credited with another Bonus of the same product, this Bonus automatically goes into the "Available" section. The Bonus will be available to be activated for 7 days in the "Available" bonus section, otherwise it will expire.

1.10 Bonuses are valid for seven (7) days following the point at which they were credited in player’s betting account, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms and conditions.

1.11 At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the wagering requirements have not been met, all bonus money and winnings are void.

1.12 A Bonus is automatically cancelled upon active balance reaching the amount of €0.05 or less for Casino Bonuses & €0.50 for Sports Bonuses or equivalent amounts in other currencies.

1.13 If players wish to withdraw before they manage to complete the wagering requirements, then they can cancel the bonus but they have to keep in mind that the bonus amount, the generated winnings and any wagered amount will be deducted from their overall balance.

1.14 Only one bonus can be active at any given time. Each Bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other bonus or promotion.

1.16 Should a player have been credited a bonus, free spins or free bets by accident, the Company reserves the right to cancel it due to an “Error”.

1.17 None of the bonuses of any type, free spins and free bets offered via this Website are transferable, exchangeable or refundable. In the occurrence where a certain prize is not operable due to technical, geographical or legal restrictions, the Company does not hold any responsibility and reserves the right not to compensate or refund players.

1.18 A violation of the 'General Promotions & Bonus Terms and Conditions' may lead to the forfeiture of any winnings, the depletion of account balance (including both winnings and deposits), and the subsequent closure of the account.

1.6 Minimal risk bets on any games (i.e. betting in proportions on different outcomes on the same hand to create “action” with minimal risk) do not qualify for meeting the wagering requirement. Examples of minimal risk bets include betting on red and black simultaneously in Roulette and betting player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat. Players who are found to be adopting these practices run the risk of having their bonuses and winnings confiscated.

1.7 Delaying any game round in any game, including free spin features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or making a new deposit(s) while having free spin features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited.

B. Sports Bonuses General Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, the following terms apply to all Sports related Bonuses offered via the Website, newsletters, SMS’s and On-site Notifications.

1.1 In case of a Sports Deposit Bonus, the maximum bet amount a player can place when having an Active Sports Bonus is equal to his/ her deposit.

1.3 We reserve the right to take appropriate action in cases of bonus abuse, which may include:

-- suspension or termination of the User's account Void bets that are suspected to be part of an arbitrage scheme.
-- the forfeiture of any bonus funds or winnings obtained through such practices
-- Return the User's initial deposit at the discretion of the company.

1.4 Indicators, including but not limited, that gives Company strong reasons to believe that a player is abusing our offers using the arbitrage system are as follows:

C. No Deposit Bonuses Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, the following terms apply to all No Deposit Bonuses for Casino & Sports offered via the Website, newsletters, SMS’s and On-site Notifications.

1.1 Max winnings from Cashback / Loyalty Bonus are limited to five (5x) times the initial amount of Cashback/ Loyalty Bonus given. Any winnings above that will be forfeited. The maximum amount of money that can be won or withdrawn via any type of No-Deposit Bonuses when a player hasn’t made any deposits since registration is limited to 25€ or currency equivalent.

D. Bonuses Terms and Conditions

e) 25%-99% threshold, are limited to x12 times the initial deposit amount.
Any winnings above these limits will be forfeited.

1.3 The wagering contributions towards the live casino bonus requirements are: a. Roulette: 20% b. Baccarat: 5% c. Blackjack: 10% d. Other: 10%

1.4 Any attempt to build up the feature value inside any game whilst having an active bonus, then redeeming it once the Bonus Wagering Requirement is not active to get the value paid out as Real Cash will be considered fraudulent play and any winnings will be confiscated. For example, playing with an active Bonus, activating an in-game feature, to then leave the game and come back and collect the feature payout once the Bonus is gone.

E. Free Spins Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, the following terms apply to all Free Spins offered via the Website, newsletters, SMSs and On-site Notifications.

1.1 The Free Spins that are credited to a player automatically go into the "Available" section if there is an already active Casino bonus in the player's account.

1.2 The Free Spins in the "Available" bonus section, will be available to be activated for 7 days, otherwise it will expire.

1.3 After the activation, the Free Spins will be valid or 7 days. All unused Free Spins and all generated winnings will be lost.

F. FreeBets Terms and Conditions

1.1 Once the Freebet has been credited in player’s account, it has to be used within a maximum of 7 days. Unused free bets will be lost.

1.2 The Freebet stake will be deducted from the potential winnings.

G. Other Conditions
1.1 Personalized offers communicated exclusively to a specific segment of players via E-mail or SMS are exclusively available for the intended recipients of the E-mail or SMS and for those only. You have the right to withdraw consent or update your marketing preferences at any time.

1.2 We reserve the right to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to wagering requirements and to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play.

1.3 Company reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice.
